Shipping Policy

At Danny’s - we strive to ensure our orders reach you at the earliest possible time. Since all our items are homemade, fresh and with no preservatives our aim is for the customer to receive it as soon as possible. 

Karachi: 

  • For pick up orders, you will be notified once your order is ready to be collected. Please collect it on the day you receive the message as it’s better to consume our family of products fresh. In case you can’t collect it on the day - please inform us at your earliest convenience and let us know when you will be collecting it. 
  • Orders are only delivered and/or available for pickup on business days which are, Monday to Saturday. 
  • The projected delivery time for all orders is between 1-3 business days. 
  •  Delivery charges (Karachi only) are applied to every delivery order. These charges vary depending on the area.
  • Deliveries are made between 4:30 pm – 9:00 pm.  Kindly make sure to receive them otherwise delivery charges will be added twice.
  • Please ensure to refrigerate the items. The instructions will be on the packaging.
  • All our products are 100% fresh, details about shelf life and expiry dates are mentioned on the label. 
  • If your order is not delivered in due time due to unexpected delays, kindly reach out to us on email: info@dannys.store and a representative from our team will reach out to you at the earliest. Kindly mention your order number (mentioned on email) when you email us. 

Outside Karachi:

  • All our products are 100% fresh, details about shelf life and expiry dates are mentioned on the label.
  • All payments are to be made online via bank transfer. Once the order is confirmed, our customer representative will share the details on the number provided. 
  • The projected delivery time for all orders is between 1-3 business days. 
  • Please ensure to refrigerate the items. The instructions will be on the packaging.
  • For orders outside Karachi, delivery is outsourced. Delivery Charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order.
